Tom's debut novel, MY SUMMER ON EARTH, Simon & Schuster / Simon Pulse, just arrived in stores. His work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, McSweeney's Quarterly, Fence, Nerve, and other publications.
He currently lives on Carlito's Way in the up and coming Los Burritos section of Los Angeles.
